PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mesh nozzle for an inhaler having through-holes of most suitable shapes to increase the atomization quantity of liquid chemical by an atomizer to improve curative effect and the inhaler having high curative effect by providing the mesh nozzle. SOLUTION: Each of the through-holes 80 of the mesh nozzle for the atomizer used for atomizing the liquid chemical and having a plurality of the through-holes has a tapered shape which is narrower toward an outlet surface 13 A and the taper angle of the outlet surface 13A side is≥40°.
