PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bread maker improving the finish of the bread after baking by making a fine, smooth and elastic dough. SOLUTION: Air, which contains high-concentration oxygen, is supplied from a means 6 to generate oxygen using a solid electrolyte film 12 to a bread pot 3 in a kneading process of the dough to produce the dough with excellent development of gluten meshes.
