PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve loss of excessive thawed foods and to actualize reproduction of freshness at a point of time of freezing and processing of a frozen food since as long as most perishable foods in a distribution process are frozen and processed, mainly a thawing in a use process is carried out for many hours from a previous day regardless of a used amount by assuming a predetermined use amount on the following day by transfer to a refrigerator or a quick thawing in flowing water of city water is performed, occasionally, a thawing of heat generation of molecular friction by a microwave oven-like magnetron is carried out by taking deterioration of qualities, deterioration of freshness, treatment of excessive thawed food, etc., into account from point of common sense. SOLUTION: A frozen food is instantly thawed in about 2-5 minutes at about -2°C core temperature without reduction in freshness at an underwater environmental temperature at about -5°C without heating by an underwater wave motion oscillator, freshness in freezing is reproduced just as it is in freezing, a short-time thawing is performed at a time of cooking, loss of excessive thawed foods is eliminated without thawing a predetermined amount from a previous day and uselessness of frozen perishable food in terms of time and material is completely removed by labor saving.
