An organic EL(Electro-Luminescence) display device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to increase operation efficiency of the organic EL display device by using Ag-alloy containing Sm, Tb, Au, and Cu for forming electrodes. An organic EL display device includes a substrate(300), a first electrode(360), an organic layer(380), and a second electrode(390). A TFT(Thin Film Transistor), which includes a semiconductor layer, a gate electrode, and source/drain electrodes, is formed on the substrate. The first electrode is connected to one of the source/drain electrodes. The organic layer is formed on the first electrode and at least includes an organic light emitting layer. The second electrode is formed on the organic layer. The source/drain electrodes and the first electrode includes a reflective film, which is formed at a lower portion of the transparent conductive film and contains Ag, Sm of 0.1 to 0.3 atom%, Tb of 0.1 to 0.5 atom%, Au of 0.1 to 0.4 atom%, and Cu of 0.4 to 1.0 atom%. |
