A device and a method for bending a hydroforming tube, which prevent existing defects such as scratches and the like from being formed on an inner surface of the tube by adopting a method for bending the tube while applying hydraulic pressure into a tube using a hydraulic pressure providing means so that hydrostatic pressure is applied into the tube, are provided. A method for bending a hydroforming tube comprises the steps of: sealing one end of a hollow hydroforming tube(10), and connecting a hydraulic pressure providing means(16) to the other end of the hydroforming tube; providing a hydraulic pressure from the hydraulic pressure providing means into the hydroforming tube so that hydrostatic pressure is applied into the hydroforming tube; causing a tube fixing jig(18) to solidly fix an outer diameter portion of the hydroforming tube except a portion to be bent; and bending a bending portion of the hydroforming tube using a bending jig(20) in the state that the hydraulic pressure is provided into the hydroforming tube so as to prevent defects from forming on an inner surface of the hydroforming tube.
