<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction estimation system which saves the time and labor for introduction, makes it easy for a general user and a donor to understand a mechanism, and can easily generate a member proposal picture with photographs of members and perform automatic generation while completely associating variation in price due to choices of members with an estimate. <P>SOLUTION: The construction estimation system is provided with a standard estimate master 11, a grade master 12, and a standard member master 13. An estimate code of the standard estimate master 11 is associated with design data of a design database 12, and estimated quantities are allocated in a fixed code. When a new estimate is made, an estimate price of a building is computed from unit prices which correspond to a desired grade name and are derived from the standard estimate master 11 according to design data on the building prepared by a design CAD system 20. Drawings of members in use, etc., are called from the standard member master 13 and listed and displayed as member proposal pictures. When a member is changed, the estimated amount is varied according to the price of the member and displayed. A written estimate is prepared in a specified format. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
