A system and a method for managing a farm based on the ubiquitous are provided to control the inside of a greenhouse according to a control signal generated from a mobile terminal by transmitting current state information, which is collected from the inside of the greenhouse through local wireless communication, to the mobile terminal. A management terminal detects the current state information for the inside of the greenhouse and controls internal temperature/humidity of the greenhouse through the communication network. A farm management server(600) compares the current state information received from the management terminal with farm management data needed for cultivating plants or breeding livestock in the greenhouse, transmits a comparison result to the mobile terminal(800), and transmits the control signal received from the mobile terminal to the management terminal. The management terminal includes a data collector for collecting/storing the current state information of the greenhouse, and a communicator collecting the current state information and transmitting the control signal received from the farm management server. |
