A parking position reader with an emergency call function and a convenient facility control method using the same are provided to record and monitor the parking lot by matching and interlocking a CCTV(Closed Circuit Television) and to secure optimal convenience for users by controlling elevators. A parking position reader(100) with an emergency call function includes a wireless identification unit installed in a parking lot to identify and output information when an ID(Identification) card approaches or a signal is transmitted from a wireless remote controller; an emergency bell(120) installed near the wireless identification unit to generate a signal for an emergency call; and a control unit(110) outputting the ID code information obtained from the ID card and position information on a parking zone in the parking lot when the information is output from the wireless identification unit, as a first output data and using the first data for matching and interlocking a CCTV or calling an elevator, and outputting information on the position where the emergency bell is installed if a calling signal is generated from the emergency bell, as a second output data and using the second output data for matching and interlocking the CCTV. |
