The method involves forming homogenous colored liquid, and passing the homogenous colored liquid through an atomizer or mixer which atomizes the homogenous colored liquid to produce colored mist. The colored mist is used for the crystal formation of colored snow, such that external temperature is set to zero degree or under zero degree to accelerate the crystallization process.
