A variable skate ski is provided to be capable of adjusting the length of the skate ski to be consistent with the user's foot size. The variable skate ski comprises a base plate having a front wheel and a rear wheel, a fixing unit fitted on a base plate to fix a user's foot on the base plate, and a braking unit to decelerate the rear wheel, wherein the base plate comprises the front wheel fixed on the front, the rear wheel fixed on the rear, and a lot of fixing unit to be capable of controlling a fixing position.
