A manufacturing method of a polyester high fineness yarn having a different shape and a spinneret being used to the same are provided to reduce extremely the polymer stay time at the spinneret. When a long shaft of a spinneret polymer extrusion hole is positioned vertically to the direction of the cooling air and then a spinning is performed, a wide surface in the extruded polymer is contacted with the cooling air. The filament solidified by the cooling air is processed by an emulsion adhesion process. Thereafter, the fiber is processed by the first and second godet rollers at 90-100 degrees in centigrade with elongation of 3.9-4.3. After drawing, the fiber is treated at the third godet roller at the temperature of 135-141 degrees in centigrade and wound by the speed of 3,200-4,000MPM. |
