A device for exercising martial art with an automatic height adjusting function, and a method and a device for managing member data thereof are provided to automatically adjust height for a trainee without any operation of the trainee by automatically adjusting the height of a hit exercise tool according to physical information of the trainee whenever the trainee is changed. A main frame(100) installs more than one hit tool(110). An elevator(200) moves the main frame to an upward or downward direction. A supporter(300) installs and fixes the elevator. A controller(400) outputs a control signal for controlling the elevator by receiving member information. The elevator comprises a motor(210) controlled by the control signal, a rotating rod(220) rotated according to an operation of the motor, a slider ascended or descended according to rotation of the rotating rod, and a connector connecting the slider and the main frame.
