AUTOMATIC JOURNALIZING SYSTEM

An automatic journaling system is provided to enable a user having no specialized accounting knowledge to perform a journaling process by automatically performing the journaling in real-time in reference to particulars inputted from the user and previously configured automatic journaling environment setting information. A project selector(120) provides a UI(User Interface) for selecting a project by referring to project information stored in an environment setting information database(110a) and receives project selection from the user through the UI. A budget subject selector(130) provides the UI for selecting a budget subject related to the selected project by referring to budget organization information stored in the database and receives budget subject selection from the user through the UI. An account subject selector(140) provides the UI for selecting an accounting subject related to the selected project/budget subject by referring to the budget organization information and receives accounting subject selection from the user.
