A complex of a high molecular weight epsilon-poly-L-lysine and a nucleic acid, preferably DNA is obtained by mixing epsilon poly-l-lysine with a nucleic acid. A complex of epsilon poly-l-lysine and a DNA plasmid is described. The complexes may be used to transfect cells and also for delivery of nucleic acids for therapy. |
