A cup holder guide structure for a vehicle is provided to stably hold a cup regardless of the shape of the cup, and to permit a user to smoothly take the cup from a cup holder. A cup holder guide structure for a vehicle, comprises a cup holder housing(1) with a mounting groove(2) for insertion of a cup(4); and a guide unit(3) arranged in the mounting groove of the cup holder housing so that the guide unit supports an outer surface of the cup inserted into the mounting groove and fixes position of the cup. The guide unit includes a base plate member(10), a rotatable plate member(20), a guide(30), and an elastic support member(40). The base plate member stands upright in the mounting groove, and has a top with a first hinge(11). The rotatable plate member is rotatably coupled to the first hinge of the base plate member, and has a guide mounting hole(21). The rotatable plate member has a second hinge(22) formed on the guide mounting hole. The guide is rotatably coupled to the second hinge of the rotatable plate member, and supports the outer surface of the cup inserted into the mounting groove. The elastic support member has a lower portion fixed at a rear surface of the base plate member, and an upper portion for supporting a rear surface of the guide.
