A pack composition for skin care and a skin care method by using the same composition are provided to promote blood circulation in the skin, remove waste matters from the skin pores, and kill various harmful bacteria in the skin, so that the skin is protected from environmental stresses and skin troubles by cosmetic toxicity. The pack composition for skin care comprises 64-65 wt.% of loess powder having 500 mesh, 29-31 wt.% of kidney stone powder having 500 mesh, and 4-6 wt.% of castor oil having no toxicity. The skin care method comprises the steps of: preparing 64-65 wt.% of loess powder having 500 mesh, 29-31 wt.% of kidney stone powder having 500 mesh and 4-6 wt.% of castor oil having no toxicity; mixing loess powder and kidney stone powder in water; coating the skin with castor oil; spreading the loess and kidney stone mixture on the castor oil film; drying the coating for 15-30 minutes; and washing the skin with water.
