摘要 A single valve system is provided to elevate a valve pin by using the pressure of resin and pneumatic pressure, and adjust the elevating speed of the valve pin and the maximum opening of a gate by arranging a spring on one side of the valve pin. A single valve system comprises a cylinder(30), a rotator(41), an adjustment rod(42), an adjustment knob(43), and a resin pressure acting unit(25). The cylinder is arranged in a valve body(10), and receives working pressure through an air channel(31) connected to an external source and moves a piston(35) in a downward direction by the working pressure. A spring(36) is arranged on the piston. The rotator is arranged on the cylinder, and has a center with a screw hole. The adjustment rod is fitted to the screw hole of the rotator, and has one end extended in a downward direction so as to support the spring in the cylinder. The adjustment knob has one end engaged with an outer surface of the rotator, and the other end protruded outwardly from the valve body so as to receive operating force. The resin pressure acting unit is formed at one end of the valve pin positioned at the connection between a branch resin channel(13) and an outlet port. The resin pressure acting unit has a lower portion elevating by resin pressure and an upper portion upwardly extended and connected to the piston in the cylinder.
