<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To normally operate a computer system even if the configuration of computer resources is changed. <P>SOLUTION: If domains 11 and 12 are independent and if the domains 11 and 12 are combined to constitute a single domain, an NVM 301 of a crossbar switch 13 is provided with a register group showing the configuration information of the respective domains 11 and 12. The domain 11 accesses the domain group of the NVM 301 on the basis of a domain number stored by a domain ID register 113.
