[Also in Divisions H3 and H4] In a reverberation system for an electronic organ 10 (Fig. 1), the output signal of the latter is modulated on to a supersonic carrier (20 kc./s.) at 11, the resultant signal being applied to a reverberation unit 13 comprising a helical spring 59 (Fig. 3), demodulated at 15, amplified at 16 and finally transmitted to the loudspeaker. By subjecting the signals to reverberation when they are modulated on a supersonic carrier, the usual difficulty of unwanted audio frequency vibrations (noise) generated by the vibrating spring can be eliminated by transmitting the output signal derived from a transducer 55 (Fig. 3) through an audio frequency rejection filter 14 (Fig. 1) before demodulation takes place. The organ may be provided with a means for producing a frequency vibrate effect 10a (Fig. 1).
