An apparatus and a method for performing RF calibration in a mobile communication terminal are provided to remove user inconvenience that a user should personally change a wireless path, and mass-produce diversity mobile terminals quickly and effectively. A BSC(Base Station Controller) simulator(200) transmits an RF signal. A processing PC(400) performs general control on an RF calibration performing device. A switching jig(500) is connected between the first and second wireless paths of a diversity mobile terminal, and connects the first wireless path and the BSC simulator(200) or the second wireless path and the BSC simulator(200) under the control of the processing PC(400). An LT(Level Translator)(300) uniformly maintains voltage applied to the diversity mobile terminal under the control of the processing PC(400).
