A jig for assembling a vane of a variable pitch pump is provided to conveniently manage tools and reduce maintenance cost. A jig for assembling a vane of a variable pitch pump includes a base member(1), a pad member(3), a movable member(5), and a stud bolt(2). The base member(1) has a slope(1a) having a predetermined angle(theta). The pad member is installed at an upper center of the slope of the base member, and rotates a runner boss(B) of a variable pitch pump and a bearing pad(3a) at their center points aligned to each other. The movable member is engaged with a movable rail(1g) installed under the base member. The stud bolt is installed corresponding to the slope of the base member to fix or control the runner boss.
