<p>A method of stabilisation of active healing substances, which are unstable in acid medium and in the presence of water in the case of longer storage, but are sensitive to warming in the same time, is described. Unhydrous granules of active healing substances and dried pharmaceutically acceptable aid substances are used for production of pellet cores or granules. Prior to application, all the used pharmaceutically acceptable aid substances are dried to the drying weight loss of less than 1,0% of the whole content of the pharmaceutical aid substances, preferentially less than 0,5%. Organic solvents used in the process of preparation of the unhydrous granules shall contain less than 0,2% water. A new pharmaceutical preparation is described showing a controlled release of active healing substances, which are unstable in acid medium and in the presence of water in the case of longer storage, but are sensitive to heating in the same time.</p> |
