<p>A portable computer is provided to enable a user to conveniently separate attachment with only one hand by making a latch operating part release locking between the attachment and a locking part with movement to a direction for making the attachment separated from a mounting part. The mounting part(7) separably receives a battery by being installed to the main frame. A hanging hole(9) penetrates both sides of the mounting part in a horizontal direction to the direction separating the battery. A penetrating hole(15) penetrates both sides of the battery by corresponding to the hanging hole. A latch(40) has a hanging part(41) engaged with the hanging hole through the penetrating hole and a tilted part(46) tilted to a radial direction from the hanging part, and is installed to the battery to be slid along the horizontal direction to the direction separating the battery. The latch operating part(30) is slid between a locking position for engaging the hanging part engaged with the hanging hole and a locking release position.</p> |
