A measurement system for a poisson ratio of a bone tissue and a method for measuring a poisson ratio of a bone tissue using the same are provided to correctly measure the poison ratio of the bone tissue with resolution of 0.3nm by improving a structure thereof. An upper piezoelectric actuator(1) is used for applying a vertical load to bone samples of micro units. A pair of horizontal piezoelectric actuators(2,3) includes probes for sensing an electrical contacting state with bone samples and are positioned at left and right sides of the upper piezoelectric actuator. A lower load cell(4) is positioned at a lower side of the upper piezoelectric actuator in order to measure the load applied by the upper piezoelectric actuator. A multimeter(6) is connected with the bone samples and a power supply unit connected with the probes in order to detect a current value of 0.1mA and more in a voltage state of 2 to 5V. A servo control amplifier(8) is connected with three piezoelectric actuators and an AD converter(9). A microprocessor is connected with an A/D converter and the load cell.
