A manufacturing method of a rich dyeing polyester interlace yarn is provided to solve the problems such as the whiteness or the weft bar and the like at the post-process. The first polyester fiber is manufactured by a spin draw method under the spinning speed of 3,000-4,000 m/min and elongation of 1.2-1.8. The first process is performed by the first godet roller of 80-90 degrees in centigrade, the second godet roller of 95-130 degrees in centigrade and the speed of 5,000 m/min without interlacing. The first polyester fiber is interlaced with the second polyester fiber manufactured by micro-fiber.
