A device and a method for displaying graphic signals of a mobile terminal are provided to detect motion of a subject photographed by a camera, and automatically scrolling, zooming in, zooming out, rotating or moving graphic signals displayed on a picture according to the detected motion of the subject, thereby watching graphic signals having a display size larger than a picture without controlling a scroll bar. A camera(100) takes a photograph of a subject. A motion detector(110) detects motion of the subject photographed by the camera. A graphic unit(130) processes graphic signals inputted from the outside for displaying the processed graphic signals on a picture of a display unit(140). A control unit(120) controls the graphic unit according to motion of the subject detected by the motion detector to move the graphic signals displayed on the picture.
