A speculum is provided to remove inconvenience due to a temperature difference between the uterus and the speculum by coating elastic silicon on the speculum. An upper finger(130) is inserted as coming in contact with an upper part of the uterus. An upper finger supporting bar(138) is bent to be a Y-shape, and is connected to the upper finger(130) by left and right connection axes. A hole is formed on a lower part of the upper finger supporting bar(138). A lower finger(110) is inserted as coming in contact with a lower part of the uterus. A lower finger supporting bar(118) is formed to be vertically extended from an end of the lower finger(110). An operational unit expands the coelom by widening the upper finger(130) and the lower finger(110). A silicon is coated on the surface of the upper and lower fingers.
