A cooking device is provided to minimize thermal loss of a cooking chamber caused due to supercooling of a door, by arranging a cooling channel valve at the door so as to open/close a cooling channel of the door. A cooking device comprises a cabinet(50) having a cooking chamber(52) and an electrical components chamber(54); an air blower(60) arranged in the cabinet so as to air-cool the electrical components chamber; a door(70) which is mounted on the cabinet so that the door opens/closes the cooking chamber, and has a cooling channel communicated to the electrical components chamber so that the door is air-cooled by the air blower; and a cooling channel valve(80) mounted on the door so that the cooling channel valve opens/closes the cooling channel of the door.
