A system and a method for offering a coupon/AD(ADvertisement) for a mobile terminal and the mobile terminal thereof are provided to maximize AD effect of a coupon offering company by making/offering a coupon book combining the coupons and the ADs to the mobile terminal, and exposing the AD before a user uses the coupon. A CP(Content Provider) manager(120) manages CP servers wanting to make the coupon book with the coupon/AD. An AD manager(130) stores and manages AD data received from each CP server. A coupon manager(140) stores and manages coupon data issued from each CP server. A coupon book generator(150) generates the coupon book including the coupon data and the AD data by referring to the coupon data and the AD data according to a request of the CP server or a mobile terminal user. The AD data includes an AD exposure count and a connection URL(Uniform Resource Locator) address, and is made of a text, an image, a moving image, or multimedia. |
