A condensate desalting apparatus by using an electric pure water apparatus and a method thereof are provided to remove ion components included in the condensed water. A precision filter(10) filters foreign substances including metal oxide and eliminates the contaminants. A first electric pure water apparatus(20) is connected to a discharge pipe of the precision filter, receives the condensate and deionizes the received condensate through the electricity of a rectifying device(21). An electric water gas removing device(40) is connected to an electric water discharge hole of the first electric pure water apparatus and removes the electric water pumped by a step-up pump(30) by means of catalyst. A second electric pure water apparatus(50) deionizes the condensate and electric water through the electricity of a rectifying device(51).
