<p>A static electricity preventing tile is provided to decrease volume resistance and to prevent a surfactant contained in a synthetic resin lower layer from bleeding. The static electricity preventing tile(100) comprises an upper layer(10); a synthetic resin lower layer(20) stacked under the upper layer, wherein the lower layer contains a surfactant; and a blocking unit(50) inserted between the upper and lower layers to prevent the surfactant from bleeding. The blocking unit is inserted under the lower layer. A conductive unit(40) is formed at the underside of the lower layer. The conductive unit is one of a carbon film, a carbon coated film coated or printed with carbon, and a carbon-containing conductive film formed by thermal pressing and molding.</p> |
