Brick production comprises firing dewatered mixture of dredged sediment and granulite sludge

Dredged sediment is mixed with granulite sludge and the mixture is then dewatered and fired. The production of bricks from dredged sediment comprises mixing the sediment with granulite sludge, dewatering the mixture to a moisture content of less than 30 wt.% and firing in a conventional brick oven. An independent claim is also included for bricks made by the process.
