<p>The voltage traction device is made from a pair of complementary bipolar input transistors (T1, T2) with common base and a pair of complementary bipolar output transistors (T3, T4) with common emitter. The common emitter terminal of the second transistor (T2) and the base of the third transistor (T3) is via the first current generator (CG+) linked to the terminal of the first supply voltage (u+), and the common emitter terminal of the first transistor (T1) and the base of the fourth transistor (T4) are via the second current generator (CG-) linked to the terminal of the second supply voltage (u-). Typical of the voltage tracking device according to the invention is that its input voltage is extremely high while the input capacitance is extremely low. Across a wider voltage range up to a milivolt precise voltage tracking of the output voltage compared to the input voltage can be attained within a certain current range. The circuit according to the invention requires one single double supply circuit.</p> |
