The invention relates to plants for reversible power conversion, namely to plants for wave power conversion.The plant for wave power conversion includes at least one floating body, placed onto a fixed shaft 2, anchored to a fixed element. The floating body includes an oval framework 4, made of plastic material, which is installed onto the fixed shaft 2 with the possibility of swinging movement about it. Into the body 4 there is placed a mechanical transmission, made in the form of precession step-up gear with one or two satellite gear blocks which, by means of overrunning clutches, convert the non-uniform reciprocating motion into relatively uniform rotary motion. The obtained rotary motion is transmitted to the rotor of the electric generator.
