<p>The invention deals with a profile system for generating a cross section of flat keys (1, 7, 10, 15) and key channels (9) within cylinder locks. The specified system includes grooves (2, 3, 11, 12, 13, 13', 14, 14', 16) or ribs (2', 3') of the central as well as variable profile. A branching groove (4, 8, 17) or branching rib (4', 8') originates from at least one groove (2, 3, 16) or rib (2', 3'), whose cut direction or angular position regarding the groove (2, 3, 16) or rib (2',3') which it originates from varies for example by 60 degrees. The branching grooves (4, 8, 17) or branching ribs (4', 8') can originate from the end of groove (4, 8, 17) or rib (2', 3') but preferably they originate from the lateral hip of groove (4, 8, 17).</p> |
