A system and a method for selecting a specified shop for using a payment tool, and a recording medium for the same are provided to enable clients to obtain an optimal incentive condition from more than two seller and/or member shop clients by generating total usage information of a settlement tool from purchase contract information received from the clients and offering the generated information to the seller and/or member shop clients. The recording medium stores a program for generating the total usage information for specific goods and/or member shop of the specific settlement tool for a period by reading the purchase agreement information received from the clients. The program posts the generated total usage information to a webpage, or provides the generated total usage information to at least two seller and/or member shop clients selling the specific goods. The program receives at least two incentive providing condition information corresponding to the total usage information from at least two seller and/or member shop clients. The program selects the seller and/or member shop client offering the highest valuable incentive providing condition information among the received incentive providing condition information.
