Provided are health supplement foods for controlling body weight, which provide low caloric and balanced nutrition and rich edible fibers, inhibit excessive desire for food, remove constipation, and reduce body weight without side effects, and a manufacturing method thereof. The health supplement foods for controlling body weight are manufactured by the steps of: (S1) preparing black beans 10wt%, Rhynchosia molubilis 10wt%, adlay grains 10wt%, sea tangle 10wt%, an anchovy 10wt%, Lentinus edodes 10wt%, an onion 15wt%, a black sesame 5wt%, beans soaked in vinegar 5wt%, chenggukjang 5wt%, a pupa 5wt%, Houttuynia cordata 2wt%, green tea powder 1wt%, beer yeast 1wt%, and yogurt 1wt% to remove foreign substances, washing the materials with water, and drying the materials; (S2) boiling the black beans, black sesame, Rhynchosia molubilis, and adlay grains of the washed materials over a middle heat for 5-10minutes; (S3) charging the obtained black beans, black sesame, Rhynchosia molubilis, and adlay grains of the step (S2) into a grinder together with the sea tangle, an anchovy, Lentinus edodes, beans soaked in vinegar, chenggukjang, pupas, Houttuynia cordata, green tea powder, beer yeast, and yogurt to obtain fine particles with a size of 316mesh; (S4) charging the prepared onion into a mixer to obtain an onion juice; (S5) mixing the materials obtained from the grinding step(S3) and the juicing step(S4), and then charging the mixture into a kneader to be evenly kneaded; (S6) charging the paste into a mold to be molded into pills or tablets, followed by drying the pills or tablets using a vacuum freeze-drying method or an artificial drying method to prepare health supplement foods; and (S7) packaging the health supplement foods in capacity. |
