Provided are an electrode assembly with a supercapacitor, which enables high-rate charge and discharge, and a lithium secondary battery comprising the same. The electrode assembly comprises: a first electrode plate and a second electrode plate having an electrode current collector, an active material layer formed on at least one surface of the electrode current collector, and an electrode tap attached to the uncoated part of the electrode current collector; a separator interposed between the first electrode plate and the second electrode plate; and a supercapacitor. |
