A continuous casting method of steel for cold heading is provided to improve quality of a product by preventing cracks from forming under a surface layer of a casting slab in a process of manufacturing a billet from a steel workpiece for cold heading and improve operational stability and productivity by preventing clogging of a nozzle and cracking of a wire rod. A continuous casting method of steel for cold heading is characterized in that a temperature(deg.C) of molten steel within a tundish is a theoretical solidification temperature(deg.C)+degree of superheat of molten steel(ÝÈT,(deg.C)), and the theoretical solidification temperature is 1,536-(78C+7.6Si+4.9Mn+34.4P+38S+4.7Cu+3.1Ni+3.6Al)-x, wherein respective constituents represent weight % values with respect to target constituents of a steel type that is being cast, and x is 5 to 13. The degree of superheat of molten steel is 25 to 30.
