A fiber distribution panel for a building implementing an ISH(Information Super Highway) is provided to facilitate maintenance of optical fibers for receiver sides by separating receiver distributing boards for plural receivers from one another. A fiber distribution panel a building implementing an ISH includes a receiver distributing board, a distribution panel box, and a receiver distributing board fixing unit. Plural optical adapters, which are connected to plural receivers, are installed on one side of an optical cable. The optical cable is selectively connected to the optical adapters. The distribution panel box is fixed on an open rack(9), so that the receiver distributing boards are laminated in plural layers and arranged in plural columns. The receiver distributing board fixing unit removably fixes the receiver distributing board, which is inserted into an insertion portion(203), on a board fixing plate.
