An operating switch wiring implement and a handle member used in the same are provided to easily set a load which is an object of group control without using a dedicated setter. Addresses corresponding to addresses of relays are separately assigned to a plurality of separate switches(18). The separate switches(18) separately turn on/off the corresponding relays. Group switches(21) collectively turn on/off relays corresponding to separate switches of a group including one or a plurality of the respective separate switches(18). Group setup switches(19) set whether to register the respective separate switches(18) in the group.
