A manufacturing method of a compressor case assembly for an air conditioner is provided to reduce manufacturing cost, and to reduce manpower by integrally forming a suction tube through extrusion process after locally heating a cylindrical case and assembling an accumulation tube with the suction pipe with electric welding. A case body(10) is formed by cutting a steel pipe, and an outer periphery of the case body is heated locally. A suction tube(12) is integrally protruded by extruding into a case, and a case assembly(15) is formed by integrally forming the case body with the suction tube. The suction pipe is integrally formed by partly heating the outer periphery of the case or extruding into the case body with cold rolling process at normal temperature to manufacture the case assembly. The suction tube is integrally formed with the case body made of steel to unify material of an accumulation tube(21) of an accumulator combined with the suction tube as steel. The case assembly is manufactured by arc-welding, TIG-welding or projection-welding the assembling portion instead of brazing with silver solder.
