An EC(Electronic Commerce) system for linking with a DMB(Digital Multimedia Broadcasting)/banking chip-based mobile banking service and a method thereof are provided to strengthen use convenience and security by performing an EC service with only the authentication number of a user based on the popularized banking chip-based mobile banking service. A broadcasting station system(100) provides URL(Uniform Resource Locator) information to a data channel during a DMB service. A mobile terminal(200) includes the removable banking chip storing a PIN(Personal ID Number) and account information, and transmits the URL information received from the broadcasting station system as a factor value. A banking server(500) performs EC by displaying DMB EC information to a transfer service screen of the mobile terminal based on the URL information received from the mobile terminal. The mobile terminal and the banking server uses an E2E(End-to-End) and WPKI(Wireless Public Key Infrastructure) encoding technique to secure data and financial information in a mobile environment. |
