A baby garment is provided, with which a baby can be smoothly equipped, and the legs of the baby are freely moved when the baby wears the garment. The baby garment includes a rear portion 1, an inner front portion 2 extending from one side edge la of the rear portion 1, and an outer front portion 3 extending from the other side edge 1b of the rear portion 1. A pair of sleeve portions 4 are respectively disposed between the rear portion and the inner front portion, and between the rear portion and the outer front portion. The rear portion 1 and outer front portion 3 have lower portions stitched together to form a crotch portion 8 and a pair of cylindrical leg portions 5 on both sides of the crotch portion 8. The outer front portion 3 is positioned outward the inner front portion 2, and is secured thereto by face fasteners 11a and 11b.
