A continuous casting method that improves productivity and continuous-continuous casting ratio by controlling erosion rate of a slag layer contact portion of a submerged nozzle, thereby preventing the slag layer contact portion of the submerged nozzle from being cut during continuous-continuous casting operation is provided. A continuous casting method comprises: a step(S1) of advancing a submerged nozzle into a mold; a step(S2) of pouring molten steel within a tundish into the mold, lifting the tundish as long as a predetermined distance at predetermined time intervals, and stopping the tundish lifted in a predetermined distance; a step(S3) of lowering the lifted tundish at predetermined time intervals to position the tundish at an initial submerged nozzle advance level; and a step(S4) of repeating the steps(S2,S3) at least one time in a predetermined cycle.
