JIG FOR ASSEMBLING INTEGRAL TYPE BUCKET OF TURBINE ROTOR

A jig is provided to conveniently and quickly assemble an integral type bucket to a turbine rotor along the circumference of the wheel of the turbine rotor. A jig(30) comprises a main body(31) having a through hole(31a) for permitting the main body of the jig to slide along the axial lengthwise direction of a rotor; and a plurality of support pins(40,42) arranged along the circumference of the main body so as to support both sides of a dove tail protrusion formed at the bottom of a bucket. The main body of the jig has a circumference where a support portion(32) and a support piece(33) are formed. The support portion is formed into a predetermined height, and the support piece is formed by bending the top of the support portion. A coupling member(34) is assembled to the support piece.
