The vehicle has a seat with a backrest (4) and a base (5) which has a mobile part including rear and front ends (5a, 5b). A connection system of the seat has a connecting rod (10) with ends (10a, 10b) rotatably mounted with respect to the floor (1) and the part, respectively. The floor allows a movement of the mobile part with respect to the floor from a nominal position to a storing position. An upper part (5c) of the seat receives an occupant and a storing space is defined above the floor, in the nominal position. The mobile part extends vertically in the space in the storing position.
