A cylindrical bracelet (12) is disposed around the free part and has an end surface supported on a surface of the jaw (2b). An axial actuating screw has a shank cooperating with the free part and a head (18) supported on another end surface of the bracelet. A cylindrical removable unit (35) has a circular groove dimensioned to receive the branches of the jaws.
