FIELD: medical technique. ^ SUBSTANCE: clip for cross-clamping of parenchymatous organs has two arc-shaped parallel branches which are close along total lengths and are connected at both ends. The branches are made of titanium nickelide alloy with shape memory effect and high elasticity properties. Branches have shapes of identical periodical structures, curved in form of meanders, which structures are oriented with planes of waves in symmetry to planes of clip's arc. Zigzag-shaped spaces of periodical structures are made for material's prolapse of cross-clamping organ. ^ EFFECT: improved differential correspondence of rigidity of branch to required compressing influence. ^ 4 cl, 1 ex, 9 dwg
