FIELD: thermal engineering; return-water coolers such as cooling towers, air conditioners, sewage purification works. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed bulk-members block has bulk members and system for integrating the latter into single block; this system characterized in simple design is made in the form of set of spacer grids with subchannels to receive bulk members; spacer-grid straps are made so that cross-sectional area of each of them is 1 to 100 mm2. Proposed block can be prefabricated and allows for organizing sprinkler with vertical or inclined ducts within cooling tower, affording uniform air distribution throughout entire sectional area of sprinkler unit, enhancing its cooling capacity, and for its easy installation in cooling tower. ^ EFFECT: facilitated in-service maintenance of cooling tower. ^ 6 cl, 3 dwg |
